Access / Inclusion
Accessibility statement
RALE aims to make its public corporate website usable by the widest practical range of people, devices, and assistive technologies. Last reviewed: 31 August 2026.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product and content requirement rather than a one-time certification claim.
Measures in the website
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive link text.
- Keyboard access, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom, reflow, and text resizing.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and text equivalents for essential visual meaning.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences and controls for non-essential motion.
- Colour and state information designed not to rely on colour alone.
Decorative video is muted, and nearby text communicates the material point without requiring the video. Essential website functions do not require audio.
Compatibility
The website is intended for current versions of major browsers and common desktop and mobile assistive technologies. Some presentation details may vary in older browsers, but core content and navigation should remain available.
The PhoenixAI client portal and a user's email application are separate services with their own accessibility characteristics.
Assessment and improvement
Review may include keyboard-only testing, zoom and reflow checks, reduced-motion testing, semantic inspection, automated accessibility checks, and representative screen-reader review. Material issues identified through testing or feedback are prioritised according to user impact.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need content in another format, or cannot complete a task, email deck@raleplc.com. Please include the page address, the issue, the browser or assistive technology used where relevant, and the format or outcome you need.
We will acknowledge actionable feedback and work toward a proportionate response. Formal complaints may also be made through any mandatory process available under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
