PhoenixAI is registered as zestful-fountain in the EUROCONTROL PRC challenge with OpenSky Network. The independent taxi-out research package is prepared for reproducible evaluation and GPLv3 publication. Our first submission has been accepted and scored: 344,841 predictions, with RMSE 461.4635 seconds.

What the first module delivers.

Does RALE display live aircraft here?

Yes. The map uses timestamped ADSB.lol observations under ODbL, refreshed every minute. It covers selected aircraft types worldwide plus a Cannes regional collection; coverage is incomplete. Replay interpolates between recorded observations. OpenSky integration requires its own written permission.

Are the CO₂ reductions measured?

No. The calculator estimates combustion CO₂ from entered fuel-flow, wind and timing assumptions. A scenario reduction becomes a measured reduction only when verified operational fuel and performance records support it.

Can an international private flight be VAT exempt?

An international flight alone does not establish the EU qualifying-airline exemption. The workbench identifies the operator and supply evidence needed for a national VAT review.

Does this replace certified aviation systems?

No. RALE is a research and decision-support layer. It does not issue flight clearance, dispatch fuel plans, control aircraft, submit regulatory returns or replace accountable aviation professionals.
